McKenzie Towne Retirement Residence - Food

There was some food debris build up in the following areas:, a) on the floor under the storage racks in the dry storage room, b) on some of the bottom shelves under equipment, c) on the mixer and on the walls and equipment around the mixer, d) along the floor under the grill, e) on the plastic crate storing lids beside the dishwashing area, -Please conduct a thoroughly deep cleaning in the kitchen.
