1. Back area- mixer base had dried residue on guard attachement. , , Ensure after use, the mixer base surfaces are cleaned and sanitized properly., , 2. Stool - vinyl seat covering is torn, exposing underside foam. Repair or replace stool. All furnishing need to be in good condition, washable and non-absorbent in a food handling area.

Prepared dipped cones displayed at back wall of front area requires proper food covering at end of day. Plastic covering was stored in void below covered bench seating. , , Ensure a cleaned and sanitized food cover is used, do not re-use a cover that is not cleaned and sanitized between uses and it should stored in a clean container.

Observed one fly in premise, facility has no fly control device onsite. , , Ensure a pest control device is added onsite for fly control. Facility has on display uncovered dipped cones in front area.
