There was an accumulation of dirt and food debris inside the food pantry. The interior of the food pantry was not painted/sealed, and there were open boxes of food, perishable food, and spoiling vegetables inside. Container of previously frozen Alfredo sauce was leaking out of container and label stated 'keep refrigerated.' Please discard all unsafe food. Clean and finish interior of pantry for easy cleaning. Routinely maintain pantry for cleanliness and food safety.

There was no barrier between the shared pantry for food for human consumption and pet food. Food for human consumption and clothing were also stored on pantry side for pet food. Please provide adequate separation/barrier to reduce cross contamination of food for human consumption.
