Réussi- In the front area, no cleaning cloth bucket was initially present, and cleaning cloths were observed on the counter., *Staff placed a cleaning cloth bucket in the front area during the inspection.
- There were four handwashing sinks in the kitchen; however, one sink had a hot water tap leak. Sign was posted indicating that the tap should not be used., *Fix the tap.
A gap was observed below the back door; that could be an entry point for pest., *Please replace/ repair weather stripping.
No waterproof and heat-safe thermometer was available onsite to measure the dishwasher temperature., *Ensure a waterproof, heat-safe thermometer with a maximum temperature indicator is available for staff use. This thermometer must be used to verify that the dishwasher reaches at least 71 °C before dishwashing begins.
