Noted couple of the vendors did not have a probe thermometer onsite. Corrected during the event. Organizer provided the probe thermometers.

Couple of the food vendors did not have hot water at their 3 comp sinks. , Corrected during the inspection. Please make sure all vendors are checked before the event starts and they are properly set up before starting to prep food.
