PassHot holding units were not plugged in, and the chafers were not lit during the initial inspection. Spinach and feta cheese fatayers were tested using a probe thermometer and measured at 18C. A tray of fatayers were promptly discarded., **CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION (2025-08-14). The hot-holding unit was measured at 30°C, and internal temperatures of the food was at 40°C. 8 full food trays of Samosas and Jamaican Patties were discarded. The unpluggable holding unit must be used for transport only and not to hold hot food. Hot foods need to be maintained at a temperature of at or above 60°C in a plugged-in hot-holding unit.
