1) Open food (sheets of deep fried dough) were stored in office directly next to a hanging dish glove. Protect/remove all open food from office and store foods in a safe and sanitary manner., 2) Partially cooked chicken that were hung in the walk-in cooler were touching the walk-in cooler wall and sides of a shelf. These surfaces did not appear to be clean. Please cover/protect all foods in storage., 3) Foods were stored in rubber nonfoodgrade containers. Please replace containers with ones that are safe for food., 4) An open bottle of oil was stored on top of the dishwasher. This is not a clean area - store foods in a sanitary manner.
Two large bowls of previously cooled cooked rice were stored on the counter at room temp. Please keep perishable foods in the cooler and remove them from the cooler as they are needed.
Dshwasher final rinse measured approximately 10 ppm. Please manually sanitize all dishes/utensils until dishwasher is repaired and sanitizes at 100 ppm.
Cloth towels were hanging near the bar hand sink and no paper towels were provided. Please remove all hand towels and use paper towels for hand washing. Supply paper towels in a dispenser/holder.

1) Aluminum take-out containers were badly warped and re-used for portioning foods at the cook line. Please obtain bowls or containers instead as they can be easily washed/sanitized., 2) Wet and dry batter bowls were dirty from previous night and left to be reused the next day. These bowls were stored on top of pails at the cook line. Ensure to clean all food equipment/utensils, dirty dishes at the end of each night before closing to avoid further pest issues. Obtain proper fitting lids for food containers., 3) Dishwasher racks were severely contaminated with grime. Please thoroughly clean or replace racks., 4) The handle of a rice cooker behind the bar was repaired with tape. Please remove tape and properly repair so unit is easily cleanable.
