1) There was grease/debris/food/sauce accumulation on the cooking equipment, under the cooking line, hard to reach areas (baseboards/wall grime), etc. , -thoroughly clean the equipment in the kitchen and ensure they are moved to clean under/behind the equipment., , 2) Coolers, cooler doors, tracks and handles were dirty with debris/sauce/food., -clean the coolers, , 3) The exhaust vent hoods were dirty with grease., -clean the hood vents on a regular basis (weekly/bi-weekly), , 4) Stove top was wrapped in tinfoil, -remove the tinfoil; clean the equipment.
