ClosedPersonal kitchen was insanitary. Dog food kibble was scattered on floor, foods stored on floor next to dog food bowl, fish thawing in sink next to dirty dishes, bags of meat on counter at room temp, personal foods/items on prep counter.
Facility was operating a food business and preparing high risk foods for public consumption out of her personal kitchen without health approval.
