Non conformeKitchen:, 1) Not all food equipment was sanitized in the manual wash method. The approved manual dishwashing method with a 2 compartment dishwashing sink includes: wash and rinse in 1st compartment, then sanitize by complete immersion in an approved sanitizer in the 2nd compartment., 2) Some food prep equipment (pots, baking sheets, mixing bowls) did not fit inside the double compartment sinks. The pot sink provided was adequate in size but was only a single compartment. Please either remove all equipment that do not fit inside the existing double sinks, install an additional pot sink of equal or larger size next to existing pot sink, or replace a double compartment sink with basins large enough to accommodate the largest piece of equipment that is washed.
Warehouse:, 1) A dead mouse was noted in the NW corner of the warehouse. Please remove and sanitize area.
Glue boards were not properly set up in several live traps. Many glue boards were flipped over or had caught several insects. Please request servicing by pest control company.
Kitchen:, 1) The ceiling in the bathroom was water damaged. Staff said leak had been addressed. Please repair/paint damaged ceiling., 2) The access panel in the bathroom had fallen off and insulation was exposed. Please resecure the panel.
Warehouse:, 1) There were several feathers in a corner in the W side of the warehouse. Please clean.
