Boxes of plum tomatoes and various food storage containers were stored directly on the floor in the back kitchen. Ensure that all food containers are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
1. There were several broken floor tiles on the far end of the cooking line (near the upright freezer). Repair the tiles. Ensure that all floors, area smooth, cleanable and in good repair., , 2. One of the light bulbs in the chemical storage room is missing and the other bulb is dim. Replace the light bulbs. Ensure that there is a sufficient amount of light to facilitate cleaning., , 3. The edge of the counter in the staff washroom is water damaged and warped. Repair the edge of the counter. Ensure that all surfaces are maintained in good repair.
