Complaint:, As a customer I took my 12 year old son to BPS crowfoot - we reported to the manger that we witnessed 4 mice running around the restaurant side - he informed us this is a known problem and they are setting mice traps - I am concerned around the handing of food and a move infestation- where people are dinning and mice are running around freely in the restaurant under tables, , 1) Observed 7 dead mice in mechanical traps during inspection and 4 dead mice were noted on the November 25, 2024, pest report. , , 2) Mouse droppings were observed on the dough mixer stand, behind coolers, beside the pizza oven, throughout the kitchen floor and in the service area. , , 3) Holes were found in the exterior wall by the back exit door., , 4) Holes were found on the wall by the oven and walk-in beer cooler and Holes were noted on the pest report throughout the facility., , 5) Debris build-up on the kitchen' floor hard to reach areas, providing food source for the mice. , , 6) Water leaking by the dishwasher area and pasta station, providing a water source for mice., , 7) Upstairs clutter was noted on the pest report that provides hiding or nesting location for mice., , Increase pest control and address all the issues noted.
