Not in ComplianceThe hand soap and paper towel dispensers were not located at the handwashing sink in direct vicinity but at a 2 comp sink nearby where ready-to-eat foods were washed/handled. Please relocate soap and paper towel dispensers to the handwashing sink.
Volunteer could not locate sanitizer test strips for quats. Please obtain and ensure staff/volunteer have access for use.
There was a gap under the kitchen exterior door. Please adjust/install door sweep to eliminate all gaps.
1) The counter across the cookline was damaged. The laminate had bubbled/lifted off the counter making easy cleaning difficult. Please repair so surfaces are smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable., 2) Several cabinet door fronts were damaged with laminate chipped in several areas, cracked, and/or lifting. Please repair.
