Operator restocked paper towels and soap at the sink during the inspection., , ENSURE HAND SINK IS UNOBSTRUCED FOR STAFF USE, HAS HOT AND COLD-WATER ACCESS, AND IS STOCKED PROPERLY WITH PAPER TOWELS AND SOAP AT ALL TIMES.
