The 3 compartment sink that will be used for dishwashing and sanitizing all equipment was not equipped with drain plugs. Proper sanitization requires that food utensils/equipment be immersed in a solution of sanitizer (100ppm bleach water) for 2 minutes and require drain plugs to make this solution in the sink. , , Action Required., Drain plugs must be available for sinks.
Paper towel dispenser was broken and paper towel could not be properly dispensed. Roll that was in truck was also too large for current dispenser, even if repaired. , , Please repair /replace dispenser.
