A piece of sheet metal was used as a temporary door., , Please repair or replace the top-loading freezer to ensure the door is fully operational and creates a proper seal, maintaining the necessary conditions for keeping food stored frozen.
The following areas were observed to be covered in dust, grime, and food debris, including but not limited to:, , - Under and behind the 3-compartment sink, - Under and behind wire rack shelves, - Under and behind kitchen equipment, - The floor around the back exterior door, , Please pull out any equipment and clean and sanitize the indicated areas.
