Not in CompliancePre-mixed butter with fresh herbs and garlic was noted out at room temperature. Butter with fresh garlic or fresh herbs must be stored at or below 4C to prevent the risk of botulism. Store in refrigerator if pre-mixing this product.
1. Mice droppings noted under dry storage shelves, in corner by storage refrigerators, and under counter beside blue cooler. Traps provided, additional assessment by a pest control operator necessary to determine where mice are entering facility and to suggest corrective actions. In the meantime, ensure droppings are cleaned up and areas monitored for more activity (use wet cleaning method, gloves, and masks). Recommend adding additional sealant and rubber baseboard in area by double door cooler., 2. A few flies noted in kitchen. Fly strip above desk had a large number of flies on strip. Remove strip once full, and ensure flies are excluded from food area.
