Petite Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant - Events

Operator was only allowed to sell hot food items with in 2 hrs. period. Burners were not capable of keeping food hot 60C or above. Cooler temperatures were compliance.

Vendor did not have probe thermometer onsite. Asked her to bring it from the facility.
