The ambient temperature of the dairy cooler in the front service area was measured at 9 degrees C. The drawers of the cooler appeared to be off the tracks and the doors were not closing properly. Staff moved high-risk food out of the cooler to the walk-in cooler., , **Repair cooler, **Do not use cooler to store high-risk foods until cooler has been repaired and able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees C and below.
The ice scoop for the ice machine was stored directly in the ice machine with the handle in contact with the ice. Staff removed the ice scoop and stored in a separated container., , **Please ensure that ice scoop is stored in a clean and sanitary manner to prevent contamination of the ice.
