**CORRECTED**, 1. Debris noted on the door handle of the walk-in freezer and the handle of the small cooler to the right of the freezer. Both areas were cleaned during the inspection., , 2. Observed an accumulation of debris underneath the deep fryers and the cafe counters. Areas cleaned.
