Hand sink wastewater was draining into five gallon bucket below sink and was not properly plumbed into grey water tank. Sink must be plumbed into grey water tank that is 10% larger than fresh water tank.

Fridge was re-arranged to increase air flow. Monitor fridge to ensure temperature comes down to 4 degrees Celsius. Use ice and freezer to keep high risk foods refrigerated.
