Hand sink wastewater was draining into five gallon bucket below sink and was not properly plumbed into grey water tank. Sink must be plumbed into grey water tank that is 10% larger than fresh water tank.

Fridge temperature measured 10.5 degrees Celsius. Generator is working, ice is placed in the fridge and door is kept closed to attempt to bring the temperature down.

Fridge temperature still measured 10 degrees Celsius. Beef on the bottom of the fridge measured 13 degrees Celsius. Beef was moved into the freezer with ice packs on top. Fridge was re-arranged to increase air flow. Monitor fridge to ensure temperature comes down to 4 degrees Celsius. Use ice and freezer to keep high risk foods refrigerated.
