The restaurant must have a dedicated hand washing sink for food workers that is easily accessible and not blocked.
The food preparation area must have a hand washing basin with hot and cold running water, along with soap and paper towels in dispensers.
The restaurant must regularly change the sanitizing solution used for cleaning cloths and surfaces at least every 2 hours to keep it effective and sanitary.
