***Quat sanitizer solution was not being maintained at a 200ppm concentration. Corrected during the inspection. Staff made a new solution. Ensure that wiping cloths are stored in a sanitizer solution between uses and once done they are in a soiled laundry container.
***There were no thermometers present in the domestic refrigerators for checking the temperatures.
***Staff had no way of checking the concentration of the Quat sanitizer concentration. There were no Quat test strips available.
***Pest control records were not being maintained / available for review. The maintenance person had changed and the office had the building records on file. Discussed options and will provide a blank template.
