Discussed acceptable sanitizer. Picture of acceptable bleach sanitizer was provided following the inspection.

***The dishwasher was run several times but did not reach effective temperatures. Picture received following the inspection showed that the unit reached 82C at the manifold.

***Sanitizer test papers are needed to check that effective concentrations of sanitizer are used. Picture of test strips was received following the inspection.

***Operator was in the midst of completing her food safety course (only had the test left). Copy of the certificate was received following the inspection and put on file.
