***The expired FHP was posted. Checked the e-mail address and it was correct. Sent another copy and it was printed during the inspection.
***Lights were not covered/protected from breakage. Discussed that the fixture covers, or tube covers or shatterproof bulbs were needed. They will let the school maintenance know of the problem.
