***There were two thermometers present in the refrigerator. They were not reading the same temperature. Ensure only accurate thermometers are used.
***There was a two compartment sink present. One of the basins was used as a hand sink. A two compartment sink is inadequate for washing and sanitizing reusable dishes and flatware.
***The chlorine test papers were in room 1 and did not have an interpretation guide. There was one sealed roll of chlorine test papers.

*Discussed the inaccurate bleach to water measurements that were posted on the wall above the sink. Kitchen staff indicated that they did not use that one. This will be brought up to the school who also uses the kitchen.
***Children were using reusable dishes in contravention of the Food Handling Permit.
***There were no up to date cleaning schedule present., Cleaning schedule was labeled September and another was labeled July., Discussed with supervisor that the amount of detail in the schedule was inadequate and the documentation was not up to date.

A wet cleaning cloth was observed hanging in the sink. Rags must be in an approved sanitizer solution once in use, or used once before being put in a laundry receptacle.
Chlorine test strips under sink had expired in 2018.
Ventilation for the stove did not appear to be working. When turned on, there was no noise or motion.
Floors throughout the kitchen require deep cleaning, specifically underneath equipment and in corners.
