PassCoffee cup was observed on food prep counter. Operator was advised not to store any personal item in food handling area. Operator removed the cup upon request.
At the time of inspection, no current pest control documentation was available for review. There were no visible signs of pest activity or infestation observed on-site. The operator completed the pest control checklist for the month of April during the inspection and assured PHI that pest control documentation will be maintained and completed moving forward.
