Raw meat was being stored on shelves above ready-to-eat items such as noodles. Meat was moved at the request of the PHI. Kindly ensure all raw meat is stored on the bottom shelves to reduce risk of contamination.
Weatherstripping at the rear exterior door requires replacing as there is visible light.
Utensils including knives and other cooking items were being stored in an unclean container. The container and several of the utensils were washed at the request of the PHI.
Dishwasher is leaking water at the start of the cycle. Operator stated it is a seal that needs to be replaced.
High level dusting is required around ventilation grates including in the dining area.
The floor under and surrounding the deep fryer requires additional cleaning as there is grease and food debris.
