***Cleaning cloths were being left draped over the sanitizer spray bottles. Cleaning cloths are to be used and put in for laundry or stored in an effective sanitizing solution between uses. Cloth was put in for washing.
***The staff washroom door was being left open into a food container storage area. Ensure that the washroom door remains closed and does not become a source of contamination. Corrected during the inspection.
***The sanitizer concentration in the sanitizing sink was not being maintained at an effective concertation. Sanitizer concentrate was added during the inspection.
***Regular testing of the sanitizer solution is to be done when the solution is first made up and as often as necessary to ensure that the concentration is still effective., ***The test strips were under the counter, they were discoloured and had expired. Discussed that the portions exposed to air were discoloured and that they were expired meant that they may not provide accurate readings.
Pest control traps were not properly places. The holes that allowed mice into the trap were blocked by the walk in cooler wall. Corrected during the inspection.
