The internal temperature of the fridge was found to be at >10C. All perishable items were removed and destroyed. This fridge is not to be used for storage of perishable items until it is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or colder at all times.

Toys and art supplies were being stored in the kitchen. Items that are not associated with food handling and pose a risk of contaminating food must be stored separate from food handling areas.
The operator's food safety training certificate posted in the kitchen had expired by the time of the inspection. No other staff had valid food safety training at the time of the inspection. Operator was supplied with a list of approved food safety courses to renew their food safety training certification.
