Using the cloth wiping cloths one time and putting them in for laundry, , 3. Storing the reusable cloths in a sanitizer solution between uses.
***Food safety records were not being maintained. Operator indicated temperature were being checked but not recorded. Template for records will be provided with this report.

The front display cooler did not have a thermometer. A new thermometer was placed in the display cooler immediately for temperature tracking.
Several cardboard boxes containing pita breads and donair cones were stored on the ground in the walk-in freezer. The food items were moved off the ground immediately upon request.
Some sticky residue was observed inside the bottom of the large prep cooler. The cooler was cleaned immediately upon request.
