***the dishwasher was not effectively sanitizing the equipment/utensils. The final rinse reached a maximum temperature of 64C at the dishes after the unit had been run three times. Operator indicated that the unit could only be run three times.
***There were no sink drain plugs located during the inspection. Sink drain plugs are needed for manual dishwashing., If manual dishwashing is going to be done then chlorine (bleach) sanitizer and the appropriate chlorine test strips are needed so the sanitizer concertation can be checked.
***Operator posted the Food Handling Permit on the shelving unit where it could be seen by the public during the inspection.
