This record comes from Alberta Health Services Environmental Public Health, which inspects food premises across Alberta. Inspectors record any violations of applicable health regulations on each visit. The result above is the most recent inspection on file.
Alberta records each visit as either a routine inspection (with any violations noted) or a closed order. If you see violations listed without a closed order, the operator was allowed to continue while addressing them. A closed order means the inspector required the kitchen to stop serving customers until the issues were corrected.

***the dishwasher was not effectively sanitizing the equipment/utensils. The final rinse reached a maximum temperature of 64C at the dishes after the unit had been run three times. Operator indicated that the unit could only be run three times.
***There were no sink drain plugs located during the inspection. Sink drain plugs are needed for manual dishwashing., If manual dishwashing is going to be done then chlorine (bleach) sanitizer and the appropriate chlorine test strips are needed so the sanitizer concertation can be checked.
***Operator posted the Food Handling Permit on the shelving unit where it could be seen by the public during the inspection.
