BIO-FILM drain and grease trap cleaner (Kersia) was connected to the sink pump, instead of the approved food sanitizer QUAT-F. This product had been used on dishes and surfaces. The product was removed, the line was flushed, and the correct product was connected prior to PHI. Tran's departure. As both products are blue and have similar labels, additional caution must be taken to prevent this from occurring again.
