The measured concentration for the 2 QUAT sanitizer pails in the front counter area was only 100ppm. Informed manager who refilled the sanitizer with fresh solution. Retested and concentration was acceptable (200ppm).
Cooked easy over eggs were observed to be uncovered on a stainless steel tray in the cooler. Cut and chopped mushrooms were also observed to be uncovered. Please ensure all food products are covered and protected from contamination during storage.
