Follow up inspection to check Cooler temp, , New insert cooler installed on Feb 15 2024 , Items in the top portion of the insert cooler are at 4 C or below but the ambient air temperature for the bottom portion of the cooler is slightly above 4 C (7° to 8 C). No foods are being held in the bottom portion until the temperature is at4 C or less., , Please contact me when the lower portion of the cooler is at correct temperature., , Correct by Feb 23

The cold holding unit across the drive-thru window was measured at a range of 4 -10 degrees Celsius. Staff have been continuously adding ice underneath the food containers to lower the temperature. They mentioned waiting for parts to fix the cold holding unit.
