Temp of four cold storage drawers below the grill were above 4C (at 8 C). , The temp inside cold storage units must be at 4 C or less. Please monitor the temperature in the drawers over the next two hours to ensure that it comes down to 4 Celsius or less. If 4 Celsius or below cannot be maintained within two hours the food items will need to be discarded and the cooler will not be able to be put into use., Freezer temperature was minus 18 Celsius., No hot holding at time of inspection. For any high risk items holding temperature must be maintained at or above 60 Celsius.,
