The kitchen has been repainted and flooring redone. A new wall between the kitchen and service area has been installed. The following work needs to be completed before the restaurant can open:, - New silicone applied between the edge of the mop sink and the wall to keep water from infiltrating and causing damage., - The fire suppression nozzles in the hood must be moved over so that they are above the new location of the deep fryer
