This was verified with multiple quat test strips from the inspector and the test strips provided to staff onsite at this facility., The sanitizer stored inside the spray bottle was tested at 0 ppm., , A misaligned tube was corrected by the inspector and verified to be dispensing sanitizer at appropriate concentrations. A voicemail was delivered to the owner to inform them of the situation and its correction. Staff and the owner were told that food preparation surfaces and equipment that were previously cleaned must be cleaned and sanitized again with the corrected sanitizer at appropriate concentrations.
