Multi-quat sanitizer is used in this facility. The solution is poured out into buckets and changed intermittently throughout the day. The solution was tested with a test strip at 150 ppm. The supervisor was informed and changed out the two buckets that are used in the kitchen and front prep area. , Cloths are stored in the bucket when not in use., , Please ensure that sanitizing solutions are being switched throughout the day to maintain appropriate concentrations for sanitizing.
