Overall, equipment was clean and in good working condition. Large pieces of equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and tenderizers are taken apart and the components cleaned and sanitized., , 1- There is a hole (about 4" across) in the back wall of the large meat department walk-in cooler exposing the insulation behind it. Please cap or repair this hole so that the wall is easy to clean., 2- The seal on the large meat department walk-in cooler is worn away on the bottom halt. This can allow cold air to escape the cooler putting strain on the condenser. Please have the seal repaired or replaced.

All departments, retail and storage areas were clean and well organized., , 1- Dust was building up in front of the condenser unit fans of the deli/bakery walk-in cooler. This dust can fall off on to foods, equipment and surfaces and should be cleaned regularly. This was corrected during the inspection by staff who immediately wiped down this area.
