A carton of milk inside the fridge was measured at a temperature below 4°C. The operator stated that the milk had just been placed in the fridge and was promptly moved to a different fridge where the temperature was below 4°C., , The operator suggested that the higher temperature was likely due to the fridge door being opened frequently during the lunch rush, and they promptly dialed down the temperature., , Please ensure perishable food is not placed in the fridge until the temperature drops below 4°C.
