Cardboard boxes containing potato wedges were stored directly on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Operator informed inspector that they had recently been received and would be moved onto a shelf soon.
There was a build-up of grease and debris on the filter baffles of the vent hood above the cooking range. A build-up of grease was also present on the fire suppression elements above the range.
