The operator indicated that a replacement part is needed and has been ordered, but the delivery date is currently unknown. In the meantime, the operator stated that the following measures will be taken to help maintain safe temperatures:, - Placing ice in the cooler to assist with cooling, - Filling only small amounts of ingredients in the containers and replenishing as needed, - Adjusting the temperature settings to lower the internal temperature, - Keeping the lid of the prep table closed whenever possible, , September 2, 2025 update, The lids of the dress cooler were closed. The bottom compartment was empty. Ingredients were stored in an ice bath on the top section, with a temperature of approximately 4 °C. Please continue following this practice until the cooler can consistently maintain a temperature below 4 °C., , September 11, 2025 update, The operator indicated that a technician had repaired the prep cooler, and has been taking additional measures such as putting lids on the containers and keep the prep table lid closed However, the internal temperature is inconsistent. The coldest areas can drop below 0 °C, while sections farther from the cooling source reached 8 °C. Food stored on the top was measured as high as 10 °C.
