A fly sticky trap was observed hanging above a food preparation surface. No flies were present on the trap, and no food was being prepared at the time. The operator promptly removed the trap upon notification.
The fridge in concession C closed to the entrance is not able to maintain food below 4 °C. The food items inside were measured slightly above 4 °C using an infrared thermometer which were promptly transferred to a functional cooler by the operator. The operator indicated that he would dial down the temperature setting as soon as possible.
There was a personally water bottle on food prepping surface. The operator removed the bottle and sanitized the surface promptly.
