Several hot holding temperatures were checked between both concessions including hot dogs, hamburgers, chili, gravy, fries, and chicken nuggets. The majority measured over 60 degrees C, although 7 hot dogs upstairs were ~30-40 degrees C and were discarded during the inspection. Reheating and hot holding procedures were reviewed. The manager stated they check hot holding temperatures throughout the games.

The level of grime under equipment, along walls, behind doors, etc. is built up over a long period of time. , More staff time needs to be allocated to getting both 3rd base and upper concourse concession cleaned to a satisfactory level considering food handling is done in these areas.

Gloves were noted being used by food handler, but the concerns with hand washing being completed when supplies and access issues with the sinks was apparent.
Soap dispenser in washroom was empty., No soap or paper towels were present at outside sink where food was being prepared., Access to hand sink in the kitchen was limited because of a large fan stored in front.
General housekeeping requires improvement in bathroom, corners, edges, and hard to reach areas.

The prep cooler and storage cooler in the ground floor concession were both around 10°C. Coolers were opened prior to inspection for food prep. Operator was advised to monitor these coolers and would discard unused food from prep cooler if it did not return to appropriate range. The storage cooler was decreasing during the inspection. , , Most of the hot foods were >60.0°C but the chili upstairs and hot dogs in the oven on the ground floor were 45-50°C. These were turned up during the inspection. These foods are sold quickly during the games.
