ConformePotato balls were on the table and measured 20°C. Staff stated they were cooked 1 hour prior and they were placed in the fridge during the inspection.
The temporary handwashing station was missing hand soap at the time of inspection. Food reheating activities had already begun before the handwashing station was fully stocked. Soap was obtained during the inspection. In the future, ensure that handwashing stations are fully set up and supplied before any food handling operations begin.
