Operator had a small chest freezer. It was not plugged in at the time of the inspection, but he reported it worked well. Requested that he plug it in as soon as possible to ensure proper temperatures.

Not set up for initial inspection. Operator began setting up temporary food booth in the afternoon.

Operator must submit vendor notification earlier.
