The cooling unit at the bar area, used to store cut lemon, milk, and other pre-packaged beverages, was measured at 10°C. Cut lemon and milk were discarded at the time of inspection. The operator was advised to arrange for repair of the cooling unit to ensure proper temperature control.
Soap was not available in the male customer washroom at the time of inspection. The operator corrected the issue by replacing the soap to support effective handwashing practices.
