Food contact surfaces and equipment were not cleaned and sanitized frequently enough or after uses that could cause contamination.

The kitchen floors, walls, and ceilings need to be cleaned and kept in good repair, particularly around and under equipment, counters, and baseboards.

The restaurant must use a test kit to check that sanitizer is at the proper strength for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.

The restaurant must ensure that all equipment, utensils, and surfaces that touch food are in good condition, properly maintained, cleaned, and sanitized, with no cracks or damage.

The restaurant needs to better organize and maintain its food handling equipment and storage areas to keep them clean and sanitary.

The restaurant did not maintain adequate lighting in food preparation areas as required by Ontario's Building Code.

The restaurant must keep cleaning cloths and towels clean and in good condition, and must provide a sanitizing solution for cleaning utensils and food contact surfaces.
