Conditional PassThe restaurant must follow proper manual dishwashing procedures with three steps: washing dishes in hot water (at least 43°C), rinsing them, and sanitizing them with an approved chemical solution for at least 45 seconds.
The restaurant made changes to its bathroom facilities, such as altering the floor space, toilets, or sinks, without getting approval from a public health inspector first.
The restaurant must use a test kit to check that sanitizer is at the proper strength for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
A certified food handler or supervisor must be present whenever the restaurant is open.
